I am very excited to have the opportunity to work with the staff, students, and parents at Virtual High School. My job includes working with all part-time students, their parents, and the counselors from their schools. This will be a wonderful new experience for me. This job will give me the opportunity to advance my knowledge in the world of Education Technology in order to make a difference in the lives of all my students.
After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, I spent many years teaching special needs children in Iowa, Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada.
While teaching in Colorado I received may Masters Degree in Special Education. Upon moving to Las Vegas I enrolled at the University of Phoenix where I earned a Master Degree in Educational Counseling. My next educational goals will be to further my knowledge in the field of Educational Technology.
I have a wonderful husband and two great children to add to my accomplishments. |
