Chinese I

This one-year course is designed to acquaint students with the basic skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese within a limited scope. It will provide practice in correct use of basic language structures and also develop the appreciation of the customs and traditions of Chinese-speaking people. This course will fulfill one of the elective credits required for graduation.
